Can I change my plan later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing period.
What happens when my free ad limit is reached?
Once you reach 10 active ads on the free plan, you'll need to either deactivate an existing ad or upgrade to Premium/Business to post more ads.
How does ad boosting work?
Ad boosting increases your listing's visibility by placing it at the top of search results and featured sections. Each boost lasts for the specified duration, typically 7 or 14 days.
Is there a contract or can I cancel anytime?
No contracts required! All our plans are month-to-month and you can cancel at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major Nigerian payment methods including bank transfers, debit cards, and mobile money through our secure payment partners Paystack and Flutterwave.
Do you offer refunds?
